Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, dye lots, printing methods, and other factors. Needlepoint supplies may also have natural or manufacturing variations.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel listings, or refuse orders at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer a substitute, provide an updated timeline, partially fulfill the order, or cancel and refund the affected item.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment, billing, shipping, and contact information. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including product costs, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.

We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we may contact you regarding a delay, updated shipping estimate, substitute item, cancellation, or refund, as required by applicable law.

11. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or failure to pick up the package, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

12. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will reasonably assist with carrier claims when appropriate, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, theft after delivery, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

13. International Orders

We may choose whether to offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, you are responsible for ensuring that the products may lawfully be imported into your country.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and compliance with local laws. We are not responsible for customs delays, rejected shipments, or additional fees imposed by your country.

You are responsible for downloading and saving digital files after purchase. We do not guarantee indefinite access to digital downloads.
